BauBio Jeremias needed a way to calculate environmental impact scores (UBP) from their HiCAD model exports. We built a Streamlit web app that parses Excel exports, matches materials against the Swiss KBOB/eco-bau database, and generates detailed environmental assessments with interactive Pareto charts and exportable reports. The first working prototype was delivered within a week after one iteration.

Konavent AG maintained customer data twice: in bexio for accounting and in Foxtag for asset management. Figures on how quotes and orders developed had to be pulled together from Excel reports. We built the Konavent Hub: new bexio customers appear in Foxtag automatically within 15 minutes, a KPI dashboard shows revenue, invoice status and the pipeline from quotes to orders to deliveries, complemented by a margin calculator.

A nonprofit initiative needed a digital directory to make local businesses and associations visible and accessible. We built a Next.js 16 application with interactive Leaflet maps, grid/list views, category filtering, and a complete registration workflow. Data is managed via Excel files with automatic geocoding, and all forms are powered by Resend for email delivery. GDPR-compliant with Google Analytics 4 and Consent Mode v2.
